📅 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

For print-on-demand items, returns may need to be sent to the address provided on the packaging, as these items are fulfilled by Printful.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at riseup@crownedant.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Special orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a new item is to:

  1. Return the original item (once approved)

  2. Place a new order separately


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

This right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items unless they are faulty or not as described.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
